The demonstration of the TDL:VisualCreator tool illustrates the straight-forward,

platform-independent modeling of the timing behavior in the

Timing Definition Language (TDL).

We use an Active Rear Steering system as case study. The functionality, that

is, the control laws, were available as Matlab®/Simulink® models. Thus, the

tool demonstration also illustrates how easy it is to add the TDL-based

timing specification to existing Matlab®/Simulink® models.

The demonstration of the TDL:VisualDistributor tool shows

the drag and drop style mapping of TDL components to a specific platform,

in our case study, a FlexRay cluster with two computing nodes.
